As an individual Klopp coaches these players on a daily basis. He bought these players and continues to pick them. He decides not to reinforce the team with more quality.

 

You can't keep blaming flawed players for being flawed. After a while, you have to wonder why flawed players are still starting in your strongest 11 when your manager has been here for over 2 years.
