*Shakes head* Everton again.

Allardyce will take the money and run. Kept them up - job done.

Everton on the other hand need to be careful they don't turn into a team which keeps hiring and firing managers short term. Since Moyes left they've had Martinez, Koeman, Unsworth, Allardyce and come the summer they'll have another. Plus they've sold all the players who they could make a profit on - there'll be no Lukaku money, no Barkley money. I wouldn't be feeling too optimistic if I was a blue looking at the next few years.

Joe Anderson can always phone the bizzies. Or get them a new stadium

Joe Anderson Press Release:

I have today, in my capacity as Mayor of Liverpool, Knight Protector of County Road, and Honourary President of KFC, written to Merseyside Police on a matter of utmost importance to football fans everywhere. I have asked Merseyside Police to launch an investigation into Mr Samuel Allardyce, a temporary resident of this parish, who I believe to have fraudulently claimed to have FA Coaching Badges, fraudulently took up position of manager at our dear Everton FC, fraudulently claimed to be manager-in waiting of Real Madrid, and who ate and drank the entire stock of Merseyside KFC chicken and gravy and falsely claimed it was down to a DHL delivery problem. I shall keep the good burghers of Liverpool appraised of their reply. Mmmmmmmm, burghers.....

I think the Everton job is about Rodgers' level at this stage. It would be a good job for him as he would get a decent salary increase & surely couldn't have them worse than this season. Let's be honest , he has done well domestically at Celtic but even Ronny Deila won the league twice up there.
