To be fair to Sky, the overall package is far superior to ART Sports. ART is a shite channel, to be honest, the only thing worth watching is the Premier League football. If you like repeats of last year's Mosconi Cup or last year's dart and ten pin bowling then it's alright. It's well worth 90 beans for the footy alone, though.

Whats the damage for the hardware, like dish/digibox etc? Where is the best place to get the cards too?

 

Ive got sky, but am thinking about ditching all that shite and getting in with the motorised dish crowd.

Sure, but dont you get other leagues? Spanish, German, French etc..

 

You get the odd Scottish game and some French matches. You can get it with Al-Jazeera sports as well but it cost more and you get Spanish and Italian with it.

It cost me, subscription, receiver, motor, lnb, dish etc about £250. I installed it myself. It depends on what you want it for and your budget. If you are doing it as cheap as possible, go to http://stores.ebay.co.uk/EFESSAT You'll need to buy a receiver with a card reader but you can get one put in your sat receiver for £20, he did mine for me. I bought my card on ebay too but be careful, there's some sharks selling dodgy cards on there.
