Drunk a whole Costco crate of this in the last week. It's like canned crack. 

 

 

 

Cotton Buds. It's actually down on my GP notes that I'm addicted to them to the point they've warned me if I keep doing it I could get a superbug. 

 

I don't do it for ages, then I cave, and it feels like this:

For years, when going to bed, I’d run into the bedroom, dive onto the bed, whilst shouting “bollocks” at the top of my voice. Couldn’t sleep unless I did it.
