Don't think this is an ideal result for us tbh. I want our players to be prepared for a confident City and not one where expectations are a bit lower.

I hate the result, think City will be very up for Tues to make a statement.

Today was never going to do our job for us, we still have to perform. However the best result for us is for City to be drained both physically and psychologically before Tuesday. This is probably not the perfect result, but it’s not bad. Add to that, we rested our players in a game that no one cared about or really put a lot of effort in.

Today has been pretty okay in terms of preparation for Tuesday
