Back from 4 nights camping. Knackered and happy and had some pastors to eat that were bought for “just in case” reserve teas and never got touched so  need eating now.

 

with chips, peas and gravy.

 

God, I’m looking forward to a nap after this. Shame there’s no snooker.

Delightful. Caprese salad is one of my absolute favourite things but I always save my first one of the year until I get the first harvest of tomatoes from the garden.
