Out of respect for Champ, I’m not going to argue the point. It’s just that I’m honestly not sure how this thread or any other reflects upon the club, and I’m honestly not sure why one thread with clothed women - who have chosen to model - makes us objectively worse than anyone else. Still, if it causes offence I’d be inclined to just bin it and move on.

Lots of political forums too. Lots of entertainment sites. Lots of food sites. If the argument that there’s lots of porn sites (and this isn’t porn, or gratuitous… it’s some nice looking women) then it applies to everything. It’s about the content, not that there are other places it can be posted. So if it’s the content, it’s a value based judgment. Fine, who makes the judgement in the other stuff?

A mate of mine keeps suggesting I watch some tv show another and to drive it home he says there's nudity. I simply tell him I don't need to watch hours of some tv show as there's porn on the internet if I want it. 

 

Same with the people that love shit films with great soundtracks, I have Spotify so why would I want to watch some shite when I can just listen to the soundtrack. 

 

As far as the site goes, if Dave is comfortable with NSFW threads then what is the issue. I avoid loads of threads because I pretty much know I will not enjoy the content I don't go in the thread and complain because this site is for everyone and all tastes, legal ones that it obviously.

 

How easy is it to just swerve the thread? 

 

Maybe Dave can look into the site software and see if threads can be set to ignore, I'd love that function.

Fair point but rather than Dave shouldn't the members be asked what they they don't feel comfortable with.

In this case I'm not offended by the images but on the other hand if it offends other people then I'm not arsed if it goes .
