Winning mentality my arse.

They've spent on a grand scale and bought enough talent to win a League Cup. They had a pretty favourable set of draws in this cup, and City played a second string team / forfeited the fixture with them (which irks me no end).

 

Fair play to them, they've won something - but it's not via some mystique of winning mentality - just good old fashioned spending and good luck.
