A Wanyama - Henderson/Can or Dier - Henderson/Can midfield partnership would be absolutely dreadful. Zero creativity. Dembele is the one that makes Spurs' midfield decent.

Wijaldum does nothing flash but he gets around the ball a moves it on quickly and accurately to the men in front. His off the ball work is good. Snd with Klopp not wanting to play tbe traditional DM type he is perfect in the midfield
