It's when you make a comment about someone which references ancient perjurative accusations against their ethnic group, depsite not actually being aware of their ethnic group or the ancient perjurative allegations at the time you made the comments and instead making it abundantly clear that your comments were a reference to the documented activities of a small subsection of an entirely different ethnic group.

 

Or something.
