Try going directly through the Oasis website, that's what I did. It wouldn't work early on but it seemed fine when I got my tickets a few minutes ago. 2 of my mates have also been successful that way in the last coule of minutes.

I think it's 4 per transaction from what a mate just told me, he bought his and then got back on again just as I got mine but he offered to get mine as long as I gave him my card details. Didn't need to in the end but it sounds like it's 4 tickets per card, and not per transaction.
