Partridge for me, as it's probably the most quoteable modern comedy, and it continues to age well. They had one season of absolute perfection. There's a Partridge quote for anything.

Father Ted because it makes me chuckle a bit. 

Alan Partridge has never even elicited a smile from me, I don't know why.  I feel like I should like Partridge cos everyone else says it's very funny, and I like Steve Coogan in other stuff (especially Paul and Pauline Calf which makes me piss myself) - it's just not the least bit funny to me.  It's an odd phenomenon.
