Thats if you bother. 

 

I can't get enough of Radio X at the minute. Johnny Vaughan in the afternoon 4 till 7 is funny as fuck. Currently got Sympathy For The Devil by the Stones on. Rarely a shit song. Miles better than Radio 1 or City etc.

Only Radio 5 for the F**tball.

 

I've got so much music in my house & am always buying new CDs, I don't really have a lot of time for anyone else's playlist although when I'm in my Dad's car he'll have the BBC station (Radio 2 I think) on that plays all the old 60/70s stuff & I can live with that.

Got quite a few friends who listen to R2. I'm at 'that age' where I can't be doing listening to the drivel in between the music

I think the only reason I listen to it is because there's no ads. Can't remember the last time I listened to commercial radio.

 

I listen to a few podcasts and Spotify in the car too, depending which car I'm driving. My car has an aux cable slot but sometimes the sound gets a bit tinny (need to buy a new wire probably) but the wife has the new car that does everything but wash itself so tend to listen to them more in there.

Radio X. Vaughn is covering Moyles in the morning. I know that Moyles isn't everyone's cup of tea but I like his shows.

Moyles is far better on this than he ever was on Radio 1. Vernon Kay is alright too but more for the tunes he plays. Not sure I've heard him play a bad song. Kay used to do a late morning slot on radio 1 on a saturday and sunday. Only time you'd hear decent music coming from that fucking station. 

 

Talk sport does my head in unless its live footy I need to listen too. Same with 5live. 

 

I do like Radio 2 on a sunday afternoon if I'm cooking a roast. Well used too anyway.
