It has, that is why they measured the stock. Open carry is legal but for 16 and 17 year olds they cannot carry a long rifle. So the law technically allows for a short stock AR but a long musket would be a no no.

The legal argument is the way the gun was procured and registered.

The reality is the court does not want the gun to be the issue. It is cleaner if it is about self defense.

Ah okay. Only partially followed it, I thought they hadn't dismissed it.

Are you for real? If any of those shot by Rittenhouse are or were guilty of what you've accused them of it's up to the law to charge, prosecute and jail them! Not for some tooled up bellend to travel 20 miles from home and shoot them!

George Floyd was no angel, but he didn't deserve to have his neck knelt on till he died, same goes for the 3 shot by that little shite!

Oh and check out those who are backing Rittenhouse, a right fucking rogues gallery! Trump, Coulter, Anthony Sabatini, Aubrey Huff, right wing loons agogo!

So what you think is that he should have let these guys attack and possibly kill him and then justice would prevail ??  And he must be guilty because certain people are supporting him?? One of those shot who survived admitted pointing a loaded glock at him. Comparing this to George Floyd is misleading.

Nobody should be running round with guns that's the whole fucking point! And if he'd been at home or out with his mates in his home town like a normal 17 year old instead of answering a clarion call from a right wing bellend to defend property that had fuck all to do with him he wouldn't have been in danger of being killed!

Maybe then the fuckers who were rioting and burning property should have been stopped firstly hey? BTW his father lives there and video and verbal evidence from the prosecutions star witness show that he was actually out there asking if anybody needed help. Your point about guns is valid but the fact remains its not against the law to carry, in fact the guy with the glock, prosecution witness, did not have a legal permit to carry a concealed weapon.

Indeed. The man with the missing arm admitted pointing a loaded (unlicensed) gun at him when he was on the floor and that's when he was shot. That itself should be enough for that count to be self defence.

Like any issue, people on both sides have jumped on board with him being either being a hero or literally Hitler. I think he'll get off and there will be more riots.

Agreed. Media driven agendas all over the place right now.

People are acting like he was taking a gun for a walk and stumbled on the riot, he took a gun across state lines looking for trouble.

He acted lawfully and waited until someone pointed a gun at him before he found any.

He was dumb, but I don’t think he murdered anyone.

They have video and witness evidence of him calling out if anybody needed medical help. Bastard must have been throwing it out as bait so he could unleash his AR. His father lives in Kenosha and he travelled 17 miles to be there. Wonder how many rioters crossed the state line.

There is no permit needed to carry that weapon. Apparently there is no registration needed either.

One of the fellas he shot had a registered gun and a permit to carry.

Interesting. I believe the guy with the glock thought he had a concealed carry permit but apparently the permit was out of date so in effect he was illegally carrying a concealed weapon.
