Deffo wouldn't want it to come down to that.

Not after this run we have been on and would still have been on if it does come to that.

I may be wrong but i think we need 1 pt as it stands.

I think 3 pretty much guarantees it unless a freaky goal difference is made up by Spurs who win all their games, and Villa win all theirs. For that to happen it means we’re down to the last game of the season needing to beat Wolves.

i have zero confidence we’ll win another game this season, but avoiding defeat against either spurs or villa means we’d be fine

Gapko should have put the ball in the net. I notice not a mention in the match report on BBC, what a surprise.

If he scores they would at least have to mention it, you would hope.

They would have had to take it to VAR but the play was blown dead already.

Cunts.

Cunt Taylor had already blown the whistle so all he would’ve ended up with was a card for dissent/kicking the ball away. He blows the whistle as Gakpo is running at the ball. Which is why he didn’t put it in the net and looked confused.

Now he does hesitate before he starts to run and looks at the linesman, which he probably shouldn’t have done.

Keepers foot collided with the post and he was hobbling for a few seconds. Taylor then waved play on as he was okay. Keeper threw the ball down as if to kick it then decided to waste time by pulling at his socks. He wasn’t watching Gakpo who sprinted at the ball to put it in the net, but just before he got there Taylor blew the whistle. Taylor then went to the keeper and told him several times to go to the floor and called for the physio. It was astounding.

In play I just assumed Taylor had fucked up because he thought it was an injury. But that is full on cheating. Proper, full on cheating. It’s difficult to argue when he’s telling a player to go to the floor. Everyone, including the West Ham outfield players were playing on.

Gakpo should have taken the yellow. Then we could have appealed and the bald Manc cunt would at least have to explain why he waved play on and then blown his whistle. It still wouldn't give us the goal but it would expose Taylors incompetence/corruption.

The whole coaching staff seem to have dozed off in recent weeks. Pep normally leaps around and chats to Jurgen - most of the time now he's just sitting back (daydreaming about his new job?). Even Achterberg, half-coach, half-mascot, looks like someone's drugged his 7-up. When the players need to be shaken out of their sleepiness, a dozy dugout isn't a good look.

He wasn't playing advantage. He was playing on ie. there was no foul.

Which is why the game restarted with a drop ball, not a freekick to the 'keeper.

He clearly signals advantage. He has to start with a drop ball as he PLAYED the advantage for to long. Either way he is a twat

Just watched the highlights on YouTube from TNT Sports and Sky Sports.

Neither showed the Gakpo incident.

Sky showed the Salah incident though.

They're just gonna whitewash this from history aren't they?!

Watch it again. He first signals advantage, then when the 'keeper takes too long to get up, he signals for him to get up. Once he gets up, he blows his whistle and signals play on.

He absolutely dry-holed us and tried to use the physio thing to cover up. We need the audio.

Certainly the keeper thought it was a free kick at that point.

Well done to Nunez for pulling Mo away by the way.

Nah, he should've let the melee unfold to see where it would've ended....he essentially stopped the most exciting part of the game.

We should demand the audio from that Taylor incident as it's worse than the spurs one imo. Just because we are theoretically out of the title race should not make a difference. I mean Gapko rolls that in then we win, changes the picture on the race slight. He made a massive error and tried to cover it up.
