Tactically excellent half. Our high pressing was not what they expected, and they hardly created anything for the first half our. 

 

They are top class and even the smallest mistake is punished. Like it was when Gnabry got in behind Robertson. Gnabry caused us a a few problems at Anfield AS well, and is clearly a different level than what Robertson usually faces in the league.

We’ve been sloppy yes, but that’s definately also something to do with the quality of the opposition.

No way this ends 1-1. Just too much going on in the game, someone will score. I could see it going 3-1 or even 3-2, but no idea who the winner is.

 

I'm enjoying it a lot more than I usually do a big Liverpool match, I think because if we go out I can tell myself it will allow us to focus on the league. That's probably ridiculous but it's what I'm telling myself anyway.
