I agree, plus I wouldn't be surprised if one of our Brazilians picks up a knock later. They'll be knackered as it is, fucking cunts gave us this game against the Mancs for a reason then had the cheek to make it an early KO on a Saturday, bastards. I don't care what anyone thinks, the fixture list is fucking fiddled in favour of the Mancs every season, one way or the other.

We also have Wijnaldum playing this evening.

For some reason I was a bit edgy about this game before Mane news, bit nervous.

Now Im like, fuck it, we are going to do the c**ts, we'll stand up be counted and the players that have been hiding will emerge as proper players. Ox, Wijlnaldum, Henderson, Matip, Lovren, Sturridge...we're looking at you.

(that list was worryingly long)

Third season in a row this fella has ruined for us

What kind of a club are we that one player's injury can ruin the season?

Some on here are moaning about this like the world has come to an end ...WTF ..?

We are Liverpool ffs ....we will deal with Mane's injury and keep on winnning. If not then we may just as well be Stoke or West Ham or any other no mark club.

The kind of club that doesn't have very many good players.

It's 2017.

I think you've got it mixed up with 1977.

Seems will see soon if Harry Wilson is the nutts, or if he'll drown.

Is anyone even caring about international football ? except those who takes the huge backhanders.

I care about international football. I'm not English so that helps but I still retain this idealistic notion that international should be a cut above, somehow higher class. I'm watching guys like David Myler, Shane Duffy, James McLean - donkeys in multi million dollar business LFC is part of and they gave me the best football buzz since Dortmund 18 months ago.

Mane? Fantastic footballer, the last man we want to lose to injury and I have no doubt his absence is going to cost us dearly again. I don't blame international football though, this shit happens every time there's an international break and if the club wants/needs to maintain a squad of international level players then it needs to suspend its blind adherence to the doctrine that the Sky TV Premier Champions League is the only show in town because, thank god, it isn't.

I do watch Denmark, but it isn't like in eighties, where there was a buzz around our squad, and there were characters saying what they meant, footage from the locker room with players smoking and drinking beer. Now they are all media trained and god forbid they say anything to upset sponsors. Plus we have Bendtner as our main striker and that semi retarded idiot is unbearable to watch.

The media training is ofcourse the same at club level, but it doesn't have the same feel.

I never crack open a beer or anything watching the internationals, for me it's just boring except for the tournaments. Qualifying games just have me scared shitless about getting injury to our main players, like Mané yesterday.

Not sure how true it is but I read on a website yesterday that Liverpool have one more point than at the same stage last season. If true, it means we are doing OK, unfortunately the Manc clubs are doing exceptionally rather than OK.
