I'm looking at buying a new telly and soundbar. Probably 47-50" on the telly and I'm flexible on the price but looking at around £700 for the telly and £200-250 for the soundbar. Not arsed about 3D but if it's got it I don't mind.

Any suggestions/recommendations?

The many reason for the thread, however, is that I'm thinking of getting a Boxee or Roku box to stream stuff to the new telly. Anyone got one of these? I need my laptop for other stuff so I can't use that, are any of the aforementioned streaming boxes capable of streaming * ahem * say the football on a Saturday afternoon? Or the latest TV shows etc...?
