Didn't see that coming. I was under the impression there was evidence.

The rag have just released a statement saying they've seen evidence, but the story here is how the BBC have responded. But this evidence was supposed to be shared with the BBC at the weekend and hasn't been.

He may know nothing of it but still Rupert Murdoch needs dropping in the middle of the jungle with nothing but his editors for company.

It doesn't matter what he knows. He's built a culture in his papers where the truth doesn't matter providing they can spread misery and sell some papers.

Very careful wording in that statement. Calling it a story about concerned parents contacting the BBC and no response. Then saying they have evidence to support that story. It’s designed to give the  impression the evidence related to the interaction between the girl and presenter, but could easily mean they have evidence the parents contacted the BBC.
