He's not a leader, can't tackle for shit and has woeful defensive instincts. Qualities that should rule him out of both roles.

 

Stick him at right back or something, that way he doesn't have to worry about turning his head more than 90 degrees and he can run in straight lines to his hearts content.

I think Henderson is getting unfair criticism when he is a steady performer,my concerns are more with the other players around him. Can was pretty ordinary again last night despite scoring,Milner is Jeckyll and Hyde depending on which part of the pitch he's in,highly effective wide but not so much centrally. Commentator said Milner is saying he's enjoying his football now that he's not full back,well if this is correct 'Fuck you Milner' its not about you its about the team and we are weaker without you as a full back. Oxface Chamberpot looks like another average signing and Wijnaldum is becoming a crock. On the upside Firmino is looking better playing more as an attacking midfielder/withdrawn forward and Salah(not a midfielder I know) is a goal machine despite missing a good few too. Our problems stem from the back and unless that area is sorted out we will continue to be inconsistent. Interesting that big Sami said that he feels he would struggle having to defend a lot further forward in our current team yet we have a first choice keeper who has never been,nor will ever be a sweeper keeper. A stupid signing by Rodgers compounded by Klopp continuing with Mignolet.

To be fair to Milner (a rarity for me), in the pre-match press conference it was mentioned, in passing, that it was Klopp that came to him about playing in midfield again.
