Check out this gem from Kipper....

Yet Rodgers can get the Liverpool job on the back of an 11th place finish with Swansea ?

And whether we like it or not, the Liverpool job is a bigger job than Spurs and I'm sure if Liverpool could have tempted Moyes they would have

Whichever way you cut this it is good news for us.

Wages have spiralled under Harry, and their failure to get CL football is a big blow for them. For so long as they are at WHL, a off top four tilt is as good as it will get for them.

Harry can do a job - and that job is probably done.

My Spurs mate doing his nut. Rightly so i think. However, said as much as it pains me, Moyes will do well for them. If he turns it down, if offered, then he deserves absolutely fuck all.

Problem now for Spurs will be that Modric and Bale will deffo go. Fine getting big money for them. Trouble is finding quality replacements of same class.

Wait, people actually want Spurs to appoint Benitez because there will be closure on his desire to manage us? You want a league and European cup winning manager to take over one of our rivals for fourth? Jesus.

One post on it is from a person, not people.

And you can easily turn what you've written in to the man who took Italy's best team and European champions and turned them in to a 7th place team. He's not as perfect as you think.

The logic of the madhouse, I agree.

Benitez at Spurs would be bad news for us.

I've never said he's perfect but wanting him to take over from an inferior manager is lunacy. He's proven twice that he can make teams punch above their weight time and time again.

Well Harry's last two seasons in club management were better than Rafa's so I'm not sure it's that simple. The best CV doesnt always make the best man for the job.

Him going there doesnt stop us winning games so I couldnt give a fuck.

I can't see how Moyes' style of football will work at Spurs. They've spent the past few years trying to become a fast attacking side avoiding long balls.

If he goes it'll be because Levy has one eye on the wage bill and he won't mind working to a limited budget. He'll essentially be their Hodgson, with several big names already on the out he could be on a hiding to nothing.

I will have to call code in on this, but I believe spurs are one of the biggest culprits of long balls in the league.

I very rarely post but I can't believe you actually came out with that post.

I was one of the people who thought Rafa's time was up (wrongly as it later became blatantly apparent) just before he was given the bullet. But to suggest Redknapp is a better manager than him is a joke to be honest.
