What car do you drive?

Pardon me? But you fucking WHAT? Jesus christ if I was you're age and I tried to drive one of them my insurance would be so high.

Is there a huge difference between the insurance of a 20 and 24 year old? I've had Didi for just under two years now. The insurance is tied to the family's. Three other people with respectable driving records for well over 15 years. It's not really expensive.

Nice car but better place. Berlin is fooking brilliant.

Ay, I half posted this because I love the background!

PS. There was 2 Cars Full

*Wipes away tear*

That's beautiful.

I was going for something flash when I got back in September but realised that I'd be away again in May and it was a bit pointless. Ended up getting an 08 plate Mazda 6 and it's been a really good car.

BMW E93 320d Sport convertible as my 'fun' car, BMW E46 320d Sport as my daily drive and a Vauxhall Zafira to put the mileage on the wife's car every now and then.

a Fiat fucking Doblo

fiat_doblo.jpg

i sold my old Mini Cooper S for it (classic version)

it obviously isnt as iconic as the old mini, but carrying tools and rools of floor covering in the mini was never really going to work now was it

but being honest, i love the doblo, it does cracking mileage, about 800km to a thank of diesel, it has an armrest, electric windows, and an ipod control pioneer sound system

you'se are all jealous now arent you??????

Audi_A3_Sportback_2.0_TDI_S-Line.JPG

This is mine, its a 08 mod A3 2,0 TDI s-line with 170hp but I`m going to sell it because I`m not happy with the automatic transmission.

When you spend £31.000 on a car you expect to be happy with everything about it, I`m certainly not.

more into my bikes but i always loved Audi's and want to own one asap. they usually got a great rep, whats up with that one mate?

given the petrol and insurance prices now mate, if you can find a vehicle which you like and it gives you that kind of mileage, you are definately onto a good thing mate

I had one A3 before this one with a smaller engine and its a great car but I got fooled into buying automatic transmission on this one, I really feel having the engine I have now is a waste without manual gear.

Currently alternating between an Astra SRi (which I bought to sell on but is not ready to be sold on yet) and the Transit van which is nearly visible in the snow on the pic. The Audi is still mine but will be scrapped soon when I eventually get my finger out and take it to be weighed in.

Eventually when it's finished I will be using this, it's a lot further on than it is on this pic but still needs a new roof to be put on it before we can paint it. Mechanically it's all ready to go now so just new roof, paint, wiring, put the trim back in it and it can go for an MOT. Doesn't sound much when you say it quickly.

Also waiting on being built up is this, which will eventually be a rally car once the other stuff is done (we have an old Transit van with a V6 in it to be finished as well before the rally car can be started).

In the meantime I'm on the look out for a Legacy or A6 Estate before eventually offloading the modern transit (the snowy one) and ideally getting a VW Transporter for day to day use and for minor fetching and carrying.

Code is yours a tiptronic or an normal Auto? The newer ones with the DSG box are very good in when you use the tip on them.

Tiptronic yes, its good when I use that, but I`ve not used it enough to get the right feel with it on narrow roads with curvs and all that.

There is a small chance that I am telling an untruth.

Any chance of a lift to the match sometime? I'll drive back if you want a pint...

Anyway, I have a shit, busted Corsa 1.2. Seen me through some lean years and I've thrashed to and fro to London and elsewhere for long enough.

It only overtakes sideways or backwards, and the journey success rate is only 48.3%, compared with 56.8% under the previous owner.

I'm with Section, only mine's got a Volvo badge on the front. Good point is it's LPG, so it costs £22 to fill up, and I'm not lining the Chancellor's pocket in fuel duty. Range Rover next, later this year, again on LPG.

Right, I'm well into cars and would be cool to hear what you drive, if you feel like sharing it that is? Can even attach a pic if you want/can.

Me:

2002 - SAAB 9-3 Aero HOT

Tuned by BSR to 248bhp.

Pretty pokey.

Here is mine btw. Alot of car for not too much cash.

I've got one of these:

Which is lovely but I want to sell it and get one of these:

RiS... have you seen how much the Intergrales are selling for right now? Crazy money. I'm saving the pennies and I think I could get one when I retire. If I sell a couple of kidneys, some bone marrow, and a liver.

Love the S3 too, thinking of getting an S4 in a year or so.
