You've probably google'd the hell out of them but i found this anyhow. VW Passat vs Volvo V50 Estate

What are the engine specs? Passat has a larger boot and more leg and head room in the back than the V50. Cream interiors can be a bugger to sell on later, personally would never have light uppholstery with kids/anilmals. I would go for the Passat being German designed etc, have an Audi myself and the build quality is second to none.

I moved to Sweden 12 years ago and to be honest can never see myself living in the UK again. I would never have the same standard of living that i have here and what with my wife being Swedish and us having a kid then i can't ever see it happening. The plusses definately out weigh the minuses if you ask me. Don't you think so too RiS?

English and Swedish fluent. Being fluent in Swedish also has the bonus of understanding both Norwegian and Danish, though Danish is a fucker when it comes to numbers.
