Will we finish higher than 7th in 2010/11?

Been waiting for the manager to be confirmed.

No, I don't think we will finish higher than 7th.

I believe Torres and Gerrard will be sold for a combined fee of no more than £80m and Roy will be lucky to get £30m to replace them and plug the other gaps in the team.

The only way we'll finish higher, and maybe even push for the top 4, is if we are still in touching distance at Christmas with new owners ready for the January transfer window - but I don't believe this will be the case.
