World War Z - 7.5/10. Having not read the book, or much about the film, I was pleasantly surprised by this. I enjoyed it more than I expected (not being a massive Zombie or horror fan). I presume there will be a sequel though?

It was utter drivel. Just an attempt to make a film were the lead actor doesn't talk. Fools thought it was "drama" and great acting.

 

That prick gosling tried the exact same wooden acting in beyond the pines and it just doesnt work.

A Proper Film: Brilliantly made satire on the venality of American TV. Stars Faye Dunaway's tits (70's vintage).

Tucker and Dale vs Evil - 6/10

 

A good twist on the conventional 'cabin in the woods' horror movie. Some funny moments but you can spot the jokes and deaths coming from a mile away.

Thought was excellent although a few things that were "wrong" in accordance to the original Superman I and II...

 

Russel Crowe was superb...special effect brilliant and the chap who played General Zaad excellent...oh and Kevin Costner played a good role too...

 

Watched it in Malta (3D) so for 8 euro's a great afternoons entertainment!

Watched in a couple of nights ago, Can understand why it is described as a great film. Superb acting, amazing script, everyone should see it,

 

However, you will only choose to watch it once. It is emotionally draining and you will feel battered after seeing it.

The tall man. 6/10. Seen this was made by Pascal Laugier (Martyrs) starring Jessica Biel and based loosely on the myth of the slender man so thought it might be interesting. Not what I was expecting, its not a horror but its not too bad, certainly didn't see where it was going.

Arbitrage- decent character driven thriller featuring a superb performance from Richard Gere- 7/10.
