Should be the same rule as for penalty shoot outs, if the original momentum carries it in then the deflections before it crosses the line don't matter. 

If a ball is moving within the frame of the goal and it deflects on a defender the attacker gets the goal. If the ball is moving outside the frame of the goal and it deflects on a defender and goes into the goal its an own goal

VAR has so fucked up the game that watching it on a stream I honestly thought it was going to be ruled out for Tsimikas challenge.
