Oh great. Rachel's doing the old Maggie Thatcher tribute act nonsense. Probably to justify her brand of upcoming austerity. She'll be shopping for the cameras down the fruit and veg market next.

Is there some connection between the screenshots of Reeves and the comments made on QT?

Really looking forward to him being PM. The salty tears are going to be running wild.

Don't be a prick.

Not one of the people you bicker with, here or on the Corbyn thread, wants anything other than a Labour Government; the sooner the better.

Once he's out of Westminster and in a place like Davos he feels like he engages with people that he can see working with in the future, but Westminster is just full of tribal shouty people. It's kind of revealing I think. MP's that people elect are secondary to unelected elites that he wants to partner with for his public private partnership vision.

It's the opposite of socialism focused on people and and it's not patriotism either, it's corporatism.

With the current poll predictions he'd have a massive majority, I hope that never happens. As we go into an election I hope that's reduced because this party really needs keeping in check if it's in power by the looks of it.

Corbyn will still win by a landside if he stands as independent.

He probably will but it will only be one seat, I’m sure Starmer will think it worth it to have him “off the books” Would Starmer view him as troublesome as an independent ? I don’t know. I’m not Corbyns biggest fan by any stretch but I think he’s been treated shabbily here, he deserves better imo. I can see why Starmer has done what he’s done but it doesn’t really sit right with me. That being said I’m not the one trying to win power.

Yeah the way he's been treated is a digrace.
