1 - SD will make an excellent politician. Has all the right ingredients - all of which have been laid out here by others.

2 - Those who believe they are being bullied are actually the biggest bullying bastard's of the lot.

I think he may suffer from narcissistic personality disorder or be one of those psychopaths that don't see any wrong in what they have done and convince themselves that they are void of any responsibility. Even going as far as actually seeking sympathy for his actions and painting himself as the victim is a key indicator. Ever thought about becoming a politician or a banker? You could probably do very well.
