A minibus driver pulled a stunt like that when we went to New Zealand. Had to turn back half way up a mountain on a single track road. We were on the back seat which, at one point, was hanging over the edge. Luckily I had a hip flask of Macallan to polish off as he did it. Was also in a van that had to reverse down a snow bound mountain track as a plough was coming the other way. Mad as fuck over there.

Up or down?

Wouldnt make any difference, just crazy fuckas.

The mountain road we where on was just wide enough for 2 cars, overtake on blind bends. My missus spent the 20 minute drive crying and screaming. Destination was a beach that was shit and then the same journey back.
