Weve had best tune poll recently (which was way too floppy haired indie for my liking) so how about best riff.

 

I'll throw in a few to get you started:

 

Jimi - Voodoo Child

Metallica - Sad but true

Led Zep - Kashmir

Oasis - supersonic

Alice in Chains - we die young

Kravitz - are you gonna go my way

AC/DC - back in black

White Stripes - seven nation army

 

you get the idea.

Another Shameless Plug……..

 

Its got to be “There’s only two of us” from The Lucky Pennies, great band you know and you can hear their music Here and download all the songs for FREE!!

 

Other than that the best riff has got to be …….The Theme tune to Pulp Fiction……..although I have no idea what its called and haven’t got time to waste looking it up.

 

There is too many to choose from.....its not fair.

I think that you'd have to have The Chain by Fleetwood Mac at the top end of the scale somewhere. This is the formula one basstastic theme for anyone who doesn't recognise the name of the song.

 

Not exactly a rock riff but for iconic guitar I reckon Street Spirit would get a mention.
