By coincidence, I was listening to a 2008 episode of The Bugle this morning and his name came up; he was advocating for the US to assassinate Hugo Chavez, because it would mean they could get Venezuela's oil and it would be cheaper than war.  I'm not sure which one of the Gospels he pulled that wisdom from.
