We teach you.  

 

You pick a topic - let's say 'pick your best rugby union XV ever' (for example).

 

Then we all take it in turns to pick people.

 

Round 1:

 

LFD - Martin Johnson

NV - Will Carling

TK - Jeremy Guscutt

etc etc.

 

Then Round 2 we reverse the order to make it fair:

 

TK - Will Greenwood

NV - Mike Tindall

LFD - Jason Robinson

 

 

Until you get a team, then you judge who has the best team at the end.

etc

Well we do different rules for each draft.  

 

For the football drafts we tell people the players might be judged in their prime.  Or they have to follow certain criteria like you can only select players born before 1990 etc.

 

Not decided all the rules for the film draft yet, just trying to get 16 players (or more) to do it.
