The Putney Bridge Pusher

I would've bet my life savings on him being a banker / tory. That self entitlement and lack of common courtesy is a dead giveaway. He's almost certainly sociopathic / psychopathic as well.

Pushing people under a bus. American Psycho was so much more glamorous.

Have they released him? i can't see anything that confirms that.

They're investigating but he would be pretty stupid to claim he was out of the country if he wasn't. That's something that should be easily provable via a quick call to UK or US customs or even the airline

What incident?  It was just an accident.

An incident is an occurrence. Anything that happens can be referred to as an incident.

That's his alibi. It's not been proven one way or the other. It's interesting that you take it as gospel already.

Given how easy it will be to prove one way or the other, it is inconceivable that someone would claim to be out of the country if they weren't actually out of the country.

Certainly, I think I am on more solid ground here than someone diagnosing a person's mental state from grainy CCTV footage.

I'm diagnosing his mental state based on his actions. His actions are psychopathic. Being so angry that someone is in your vicinity that you physically impose yourself in that manner (on a woman no less). Clattering her and not checking to see if she is okay afterwards. Running back on the bridge 10 or so minutes later on the other side as if you've done nothing wrong. Ignoring the woman shouting at you (presumably with ambulance staff at the scene). Evading arrest for 3 months. These are not the actions of a mentally stable person.
