Jurgen is simply waiting for the players he wants to be available - who knows but probably Brandt, Tah, Innaz Williams, a young left back no doubt,  and most of all he needs a holding midfielder.  If Bournemouth and the last week has taught us one thing - we need someone to protect us against counters - Carvalho would be good although he doesn't look the most mobile (more a Carrick-like controller of the game).

As for Creator's claims, I think Klopp's teams struggle without a winter break to recharge their energy levels and he hasn't sussed this out yet.  January hasn't been helped by playing the two extra semi final ties and having such a weak squad.

He has got a touch of arrogance about him - it's ok not signing a winger this month if the right one isn't available, but surely bring Markovic back then (can't be any worst than the kids).

Win on Tuesday and Chelsea then draw against Arsenal and away to Burnley and we could be down to 3 points behind if we win against Hull & Spurs.  Big ifs but we might be looking on this weekend as the one when we win the league - especially with a 2 week winter break in mid Feb for the 11 game run-in.

Waiting to sign the right players. Fantastic. All our first choices will be unveiled on July 1st, although they could be 2nd choice but more than likely third. Broken record me.

Other teams can find a solid keeper, centre half , left back and midfielder. Solid, not world beating for fuck sake. Attacking players are normally harder to find and more sought after obviously.

Fuck off mate, get a grip. Dickheads like you drive away the only genuine world class asset this club has. Your shit spreads like wildfire against naive and easily led fickle fans.

What like you? I didn't realise I had such power! Megalomania here I come!

Do you think I'm new here something? You think I haven't seen all of this before?

I'd love to believe everything would be great but it's a myth!

Here you, some positivity just for you: we won't get relegated this season!

of course it's delusional, but I was convinced our title challenge was over in Feb 09 when we lost to Boro , and in 13-14 when we lost to Chelsea and City in the space of 4 days.

with one game a week, our 1st team has got the capability of going on similar 11-13 match winning runs.

I didn't say you was new, what you on about? I don't care if your new, old or the creator of the forum. Your chatting shit. I can't imagine many if any that would agree with your statement.

You haven't got great power, I said dickheads LIKE you will start the rot in our fanbase, it only needs a few more dickheads to be that irrational and there we go. We've been shit, nobody would argue with you there and everyone's frustrated as fuck but to call out Klopp that much is just you being a cock.

That's the most delusional thing I've read on here since last summer.

He said, "big ifs". Optimistic people are allowed to try to see a silver lining, and its especially appropriate in the midst of a down time, when everyone tends to get sucked into despair.

And while I'm posting there's no need to keep your unkindness towards me going.

When everyone was giving a view on our prospects before the season began, I predicted we'd win the league in summer. I'm well aware that what I suggested was a little out of the ordinary, as obviously most people would say we were about the fifth or sixth best team in the league.

From my perspective I really thought Klopp would get them going and then who knows what might have happened. As a fan I may have been guilty of overestimating our chances, but I don't care. I don't think it was deluded, and I showed my reasoning for the prediction.

As it transpired, we were excellent, for the most part, up until the turn of the year. A title challenge was on the cards, though Chelsea's relentless winning streak put them in the driving seat. Since then we've had a terrible run of form in January. With that said we're still only two points off second, and while the title looks out of reach, we are in a fight for top four, which is still better than what you predicted. At least so far.

Back in the summer you predicted wed finish sixth, which is about what everyone in the whole world was able to deduce. There's no insight or special skill in saying what is a very obvious thing, though you seem puffed up about it.

When it comes to predictions of a sporting nature you can either say what everyone else thinks, or you can stick your neck out and go for a bit of a dark horse choice. I chose the latter. No big deal...

Except you rudely called me deluded for fancying our chances, then you did it again, then you refused to bury the hatchet when I kindly offered an olive branch even though I was on the receiving end. Months after that you keep it going again, and so a couple weeks ago I called you a sneering tit. I stand by that.

I don't mind a difference of opinion. It's just football. But like most people, I can't stand being sneered at by someone who is arrogant, especially when all they are able to do themselves is say the obvious thing. You're a small and unpleasant man.

Leave it alone.

The Owners and their flawed transfer Policy is the problem, Not the Manager.

Klopp deserves better than the way this club is being run.

Saying that Today is his fault, but the difference is has took the club to two cup finals in 12 months and had the team unbeaten at Home for a year. He's more than earned a little credit in the bank.

What has Henry and Co achieved in their many years at the club....... 1 Fucking League Cup.

Yes mate but they are making an awful lot of money, which is why they are here.Managers keep coming on the let's make Liverpool great again promise, whilst all the time having to sell their best players, because there is no way the owners will shell out.

I see the Chelsea game as a bit of a freebie. When we were flying they were still ahead of us. Since the turn of the year they've stayed strong at the top and we've been rubbish. So as things stand most people would say they will win.

It would not be unlike us to win this game. We always seem to show up for the big games so we might win against the odds. If we do it helps for top four, but the consistency Chelsea have shown suggests that they will still stay out of reach at the top.

We're at a crucial stage right now. January has been terrible and everyone is on a downer. But there's still a lot to play for.

With a light schedule in February we can rest and regroup and hopefully go on enough of a run to solidify a top four finish. If we manage that it will have been a decent season, then at that point it will be very obvious we need a good summer window as we don't have enough depth.
