Anyone seen this Spanish TV advert starring Xabi, Pepe, Cazorla, Iniesta and a few other Spain internationals donning disguises and doing 'an honest day's graft' in a similar vein to Undercover Boss? Whether it's effective in helping Spain motivate themselves after winging it for most of the last two years is up to them, but it's a great idea for an advert, especially when the ordinary people they worked for or alongside are shown who these people really are.
