Rico enjoying socialists getting a kicking, who'd have thunk it?? Needs something to replace cutting people's gas supply off I suppose!

Just one socialist, I think. There are quite a few socialists who feel like being represented by him and Dianne Abbott is a bad thing. We can separate our views on policy and politics from how a person has acted.

Judging by his recent posts it appears the big fall out with SD is indeed true. Rumours SD caught Rico referring to Ed Davy in a what's app group with Adjea as Prince nut nut. SD told Rico to leave his house immediately and though Rico begged to stay until Christmas the Dog put his foot down and said no. Rico was then seen scurrying out of SDs house with a box full of British Gas pamphlets.

Return the whip Keir;

The parliamentary chair of the Jewish Labour Movement, MP Margaret Hodge, said the decision "did a lot to restore [Sir Keir's] credibility" and had stopped her from resigning from the party.

Finally, a sensible argument for his immediate reinstatement.

It seems her threat of resignation and other noises from the usual suspects drove the labour leaders response. I think until then the judgement and Corbyns statement in which he appeared contrite and acknowledged the problem seemed more than enough. Maybe the old saying hangs true 'no point reasoning with the devils own'

That’s one explanation. Another is that I treat him the same way when he talks bollocks as when you do - granted he’s not managed it on anywhere near the industrial scale that you have.   We may agree on lots but it’s still possible to disagree, and I’ll take the piss when we do. You know, like normal people do.

Ahh ok. So go tell. Did he let you leave by the front door or rush you up the back alley?

MPs who lose their seat at an election get a tax free lump sum, in Corbyn's case it would be around £30k.

I believe you Stronts.  A lib dem would certainly fucking know. Whereas in forty years Corbyn hasnt encountered the experience.

That is a shitty post, SD

Whatever your views on Corbyn, has he ever given the impression in 50-odd years that he can be bought for £30k

I'd say that the £20,000 he received from Iran for appearing on Press TV suggests he can be bought for less than that.

But regardless of that, I was just giving a possible reason why an incumbent MP may choose to fight an election after being deselected by their party, because they don't get the bonus unless they contest the election.

Can't see him taking a job to whitewash Facebook either.

I can't see him doing any kind of proper job, to be fair.

The man is in his seventies. It’s not like there’s many jobs he can apply for. The only ones I can think of are part-time gardening, working at a bookies or being president of the USA.

I can't believe that when she pulled the ' hey guys , thats freedom of the press for you ' after being booed at the Labour conference , nobody said they were relieved to hear that all the journalists who had died and been imprisoned for press freedom had done it to ensure Laura's mortgage was getting paid by keeping her bosses happy.

Her error there is the word ‘all’. He didn’t suggest it was ‘all’ exaggerated. She’s being hyperbolic at a time she should have been accurate. He certainly suggested a lot of the report’s findings were exaggerated, though. When you come out, say that the scale of the problem was dramatically overstated, it’s one thing; when you back it up with statements about not accepting the harassment findings, the political interference findings, and saying that he wasn’t part of the problem, you certainly open yourself up to people saying you’re just not taking it seriously enough, and it has rubbed off on his fans too. You see it on twitter and you even see it on this thread.

I'll say it again, he should retire or at least announce he will stand down at the next election. He is a figure of division and if he hangs around it will be down to his ego rather than wanting to change anything for the better. He's tried that and failed.

I'm not a socialist and dont treat any political party as a team that I support but vote for whoever suits me best at the time. I forecast that if Labour go into the next election with Corbyn et all still mp's, they will lose again.

Can you provide the quotes/sources where he "suggested a lot of the report’s findings were exaggerated" as I'd quite like to see this as lots of people have suggested similar but generally try to back up their assertion with a statement where Corbyn says nothing of the sort. I presume you've got a different source?
