Just like us to have to look completely fucked to start giving a shit again only to turn them over.

 

Do that in the original 90 and we save important players legs and have one less injury. Despite the win Rodgers needs to tell them to get their shit together. FSG have got to spend on at least a CB and hopefully a winger as well.

It's no coincidence his form has dramatically improved since SilverLining was banned.....

 

Was just thinking about him too. Was wondering if he was thinking something like "Has someone put some flavour into that ready salted lad or what?"

 

I was being a bit negative about him before the start of the season too, glad to be proven wrong tonight. Hope he carries on doing well.

We've had 30 attempts at goal, scored 4 and hit the woodwork 3 times. We were unlucky with the injuries and that the only 2 chances they created in 120 minutes went in but we've been by miles the better team, some of you lot need to get a grip.

 

Think you're missing the bigger picture here...

 

3 injuries, having to play extra time, our squad depth is a joke and its the Mancs up next.

Stats are garbage, what is the point of all that if we went on to lose the game? we've lost 3 players, one really important one when we shouldn't have. We don't need a repeat of last season nor the one before. Stats need to be turned into proper end products!

Always get games like this early in the season. How many champions league qualifiers did we scramble through at anfield ? Fuck it, take the win and move on.

Having said that Johnson needs put down, he doesn't have 2 brain cells to rub together.
