I dont think Toure is an upgrade on what we had,much and the other two are squad players we are told.

Aspas could be great but we simply dont know much about him.

Our squad has improved but our first eleven hasnt changed much.

I think the club can keep him if they really want to. If he leaves I'd want more than the 2 you mentioned. More like 4 signings of that quality, or better, if he leaves.

I don't think Alonso left quickly because we didn't get Barry. When Alonso did leave, it wasn't until a year later than planned. But I see your point that there are exceptions to everything. I hope that we have a Modric situation with Suarez and he's not for sale, like we've been saying all along. If he does eventually leave, it will be when the club chooses and at the price we want.
