Saw a few people wearing them today, and haven't seen them around in years. Who here owned a Lacoste trackie?

 

My Mum bought me a few shockers as a kid, one was green, brownie-orange and white and one was all blue.

Yes laugh all you want. I was never a scum bag terrorising the neighbourhood as some have generalised massively on. It was just the fad of my generation. They were comfy for general activities as a young gun. So there.

I owned a pair of Lacoste socks once but me mate he really wanted a Lacoste trackie but didnt have the money so he bought a blag one off some lad. The crocodile looked like a duck but he was well happy strutting round in it unfortunately the first time it got washed the crocaduck fell off and the seem split..he was gutted. We used to call him bog brush because his head was like a bog brush...im rambling now.

I had one* - the Mrs made me bin it before we came over here. Unbeknown to her though I got it out again when the coast was clear, and gave it a final outing in Brisbane about three years ago. She was truly mortified (as no doubt was everyone else who same me bopping down the street that night).

 

I'm not proud of this by the way, but admitting you have a problem is (or so I'm led to believe) the first step to getting cured.
