Currently averaging less than 2 goals a game. Stats show he's a big miss.

He has really useful attributes, especially for our style of play. No real surprise that we're worse without him. Hopefully doesn't lose too much of his explosiveness, you never know with modern medicine.

He has been a loss and one that was entirely predictable, yet we chose to do nothing about it. He stepped into the gap vacated by Coutinho very well last year, even if he doesn't posses the same level of skill. To just stroll into the season without compensating for that has been a big let down for me.

I like The Ox, looks a very decent footballer in the small number of games he’s actually played for us, but he seems to get better the longer he’s out injured.  He’ll be beating Kenny and Gerrard in our best ever player stakes by Christmas at this rate.

Keita doesn't perform the same role as players like Coutinho and Chamberlain. We needed a #10 in the summer.

It was short-sighted to not replace Ox when we realised the extent of his injury. Who knows when he'll be back and if he'll be the same player. We spent a lot of money on midfielders but none of them can play in his role. We don't have a proper attacking midfielder and it's costing us.

Its semantics really but he played in an advanced midfielder role and was creative. Those qualities can be replaced with a #10. There is no player we have that can do that job right now, especially since Klopp doesn't trust Shaqiri in that position in a 4-3-3.

We bought Keita before chamberlain. He doesn't seem to me on the little I've seen he is some sort of Coutinho or chamberlain replacement. He's just another box to box player, which it seems to me is the same as we have with winjaldum, Milner and henderson.

Fekir was the guy we wanted. That is obvious. We spent huge money, more than we ever have. I’d imagine we will have to wait before doing that again.

We badly miss Ox's pace and energy in the middle, linkiing defence with attack and his high energy pressing. Keita aside, our midfield is very pedestrian and even when Ox does come back, we still need another with those similar qualities imo.
