Phillips was a great player - he was like Aldo.

his workrate was incredible which you noticed live even more. one of the better strikers I saw at Anfield. never stopped running, legs always going ten to the dozen, looking for angles. and obviously a superb goal record.

 

Ings would do well to mirror that sort of play. be the same sort of pest for defenders, he has similar qualities.

In reality 99% of them would join chelsea, utd, city, arsenal and spurs ahead of us.
