Henderson? Sterling? If it's decent then I'd add Skrtel and Lucas.

Yeah mate, wasn't trying to be an exhaustive list. I definitely agree on Sterling and Lucas.. There's more to come from Henderson I think. I also wish Skrtel was a bit quicker to anticipate danger. He makes defending look a bit harder than it needs to be. But yeah, he's been better recently.

After what happened at Skrtel's birthday, I was worried about team morale, but we dug deep and got a solid 3 points. 4 wins in our last 5 is a respectable record and if we get a few reinforcements in, the back half of the season could end up being a lot of fun.

What happened at the party?

I have to admit I stopped watching after 80 minutes, when it looked 50/50 that we would preserve 1-0 or give away a stupid goal after dominating the match and wasting countless chances. A great 3 points on a weekend when most rivals dropped points, but still very underwhelmed. Let's hope Villa next week are even more shot of any confidence than Sunderland were, and we get 3 points more convincingly with Sterling back.

Ah, so a bit like giving support when we're coasting 3 or 4 nil with 10 minutes to go but when we're on the rack you fuck off, yes?
