I'd go for that 11, but I'd swap Sterling and Coutinhos positions. Coutinho, on his day, is our best no. 10, and Sterling has better attributes to play out wide (speed, stamina, protects the full back better).

I'd pull Coutinho back alongside Hendo in front of Stevie and let Sterling do whatever the fuck he wants. Maybe even leave Markovich out for Lallana and let him sit at the tip of the diamond letting Sterling roam giving us width if we need it or going more direct down the middle.
