Misophonia is a disorder in which certain sounds trigger emotional or physiological responses that some might perceive as unreasonable given the circumstance. Those who have misophonia might describe it as when a sound “drives you crazy.” Their reactions can range from anger and annoyance to panic and the need to flee. Example: Getting angered by someone chewing loudly. The sound of peoples lips smacking drives me up the wall, uncontrollable rage builds in me. I've had to stop a taxi once and get out nowhere near my destination because the driver was chewing gum really fucking loudly. The dirty bastard She's got Loose Women on and they're talking…

So yesterday I spent the day with my daughter, she's just started out at Liverpool uni and I've separated from my wife . I now live a 20 min train ride from her uni , so other than the horrible wrench of leaving the family home of 20 years at least I get 1 day a week that I wouldn't if I still lived on the Iom Driving back to Liverpool yesterday in the pouring rain , she turned to me and told me she is gay . Not in those exact words, because they're obviously very private to the two of us ( yes I see the irony ) So I'm a little bit shocked , but not in a bad way we both shed a tear or two when I stopped the van , but I think we both handled it pretty well…

I've just had a 10 inch Ham, Chicken and Doner pizza. A 10 inch Garlic bread with cheese and a small portion of chips. Think this is my record but I'm sure it will be like a snack to some of you fat fuckers!

Kip of this. My Mrs has been teaching at the same Primary School for 10 years. Flawless record, won awards and all sorts of shit. She's also been given extra management responsibilities on top of it (which she accepted) but has found it harder and harder to do a full time teaching job too. The head had promised her time out of class but has not always delivered. She had a panic attack shotly before summer after the deputy and another member of the senior leadership team were horrible to her about something. The council gave her an occupational health assessment and the nurse agreed that she should be allowed to ditch her management responsibilitie…

Can’t find the thread. Can’t believe it’s been 22 years since them slags smashed into the twin towers. It still freaks my nut out to this day. I’ve posted this recommendation on another thread recently, but that clip above is from the below documentary. Absolutely brilliant but harrowing series, put together by the 9/11 memorial museum for the 20th anniversary. It’s far and away the best documentary series I’ve seen about 9/11. Dunno why the Firemen in that YouTube clip had the camera with them all day, but as they’re the first responders there’s some mad footage.

We're moving house and need to buy a new one as the near fifteen year old one we had 'Isn't quite right' according to the Mrs. Genuinely I've bought one TV in my entire life and smashed it in a hissy fit by throwing the ariel at it after some Tory cunt said something Tory on Newsnight about twenty years ago, drink had been taken. Anyhows how much do you pay for a TV as I've looked online and the seem to range from 300 to about a Bezos Yacht price tag and I have no idea what the difference is. I just want one that works and I can watch the football on of a weekend. Don't want a list of gigawelk features and ultra, ultra defin…

Thanks Dave for letting me put this up. I'm cycling along the canal from Liverpool to Leeds. Starting on Friday 22nd Sept, hopefully not suffering a heart attack and finishing next day in Leeds city centre 127 miles later. I've wanted to do this anyway, for fitness reasons, but seeing as my Dad has terminal pancreatic cancer and I've an aunt in Arrowe Park hospital dying of leukaemia I thought I'd try and raise a few quid for Cancer Research. It's not much but any kick in the balls for this vile disease is a good thing, right? Big up to @YorkshireRed and @AngryOfTuebrook for sponsoring me already. Thanks lads. If any of you…

There probably aren't many, but I reckon Addams Family Values is one of the few. Strong arguments to be made for The Godfather; Part II and Superman II. Any others?
