£38.2 million. Apparently that works out at 62p per UK citizen.

While £38.2 mil is a large sum of money I thought it would be higher. They have some fuck off gaffs and have some suit drive some fuck off cars around for them. I assume they have full use of government jets and helicopters and finally there is a fucking load of them. Nepotism in full flow.

She would get it though that Kate Middleton.

Notice how the royals are now trying to stop the inbreading that has hampered them for so many centuries. Not too long ago Wills wouldn't have been able to marry her as she is a commoner, so he would have had to make do with one of Fergies kids, but that would have lead to another Edward.

Most importantly do we get a day off or what?

That'd be fine if the state were to pay for it. Can't quite see many small businesses being prepared to lose their workforce for a day.

I can't believe this is such big news though. I couldn't give a flying fuck about any wedding, nevermind one for a member of the Royal Family.

Oh the public will pay for it one way or another. There's a big enough market for commemorative memorabilia, or tat as I call it, to be bought by bellends wishing to "celebrate this momentous occasion". Bring on Jennie Bond and Kay Burley to camp outside whichever castle the wedding is held at. And don't forget the live Twitter feeds.
