Have to disagree there. Pacino, great though he is, has two settings, quiet and shouty, and has stayed in his lane of drama films. De Niro has straddled more genres successfully, and shown a greater transformation across roles.

He is probably my favorite actor but because of him I have watched some absolute shite. If he is in it I'll give it a go but sometimes he pushes it. $$$$$

I think Pacino is just a bit, I don't know, Pacino.

To be fair they've both been largely phoning it in for about twenty years. I don't think The Irishman will age well either.

I'm not sure it was born that well.

I did enjoy it the first time I watched it but the second time was a slog & there is none of the Scorsese humour. Pretty run of the mill performances from Pacino & DeNiro too.

Yeah, I found myself enjoying it more if I thought of it as a limited series rather than a film, and watched it in segments. Can't say I'm drawn to re-watch it other than out of curiosity to see if the de-aging was as weird as I remember.

Haha, Wahlberg at the end.

That list is a strong argument against democracy.

I hear you brother, I have checked that list at least 2 times and I have not seen Adam Sandler OR Shia LeBeouf on there.
