What sauce do you have with steak?

Kensington arms is a (gastro) pub, not a fancy restaurant. For what it’s worth, I thought the chips were nice. Very light and fluffy on the inside and crispy on the outside.

It's not so much the number of chips, more that they're massive and don't look cooked. And the sauce.. .The horror... the horror.

Steak looks nice, although the portion is predictably miniscule.
