It always makes me laugh how big and fired up the crowd is for these pub games, I do think it's more exciting than snooker though and at least the people at the darts are pished.

My and my mate were having a jolly old laugh watching a bit of the Aussie guy playing on the weekend he seems very hit and miss, great at times and shocking at others.

I've only ever watched him play darts and he's the master, it's pretty much all I'm interested in. Whatever shit it is that makes him a tit has no interest to me whatsoever, whether he be a shit husband or father, whatever, it's nothing to with his profession whatsoever, imo.

I quite agree on his level of ability. He is head and shoulders clear of anyone in his field on his day and he can beat the vast majority when he isn't.

 

Extreme ability does not equal class though.

That fucking James Wade fucked up a 9 match accumulator for me by beating whitlock in the semi final. I got all the GAA matches, (inlcuding under 18 games) correct and finished it off with Whitlock and Taylor. Everything else came through and then Wade beat Whitlock. Missed out on €570.
