A bit off topic but, Watching the PFA awards on sky the other night and saw the new Embrace song. Does everyone else agree that it is absolutely sheeeite. Thought world cup songs are meant to be catchy, never beat the John Barnes Rap, oooh no

Er, shouldn't we keep quiet on shit songs? C'mon who had a copy of that one goal in the net la la la la la thing to the tune of Brown Girl in the ring?

I think I'll wait for self-styled freaky dancer and celebrity bankrupt Bez's offering myself. World Cup songs are shite almost by definition, but I reckon the pop-eyed 24 hour party person will be nearer the zeitgeist than the bunch of arse that is Embrace.

 

I'm still waiting for Peter Kay to body-splash the bandwaggon, probably doing a samba version of "Two World Wars and One World Cup" with Tony Christie and Freddie Starr. And Keith Fucking Allen.

And that is easily, and I can definately say this the worst, piss poor, diabolical, ear bleeding, horrible, horrible, horrible, shittest, offensive, used jonny full of horse jism effort of a song I have ever heard in my 22 years on this Earth. England songs piss me off at the best of times as its just a quick way of making a buck and jumping on the stupid Naivity english people have in World Cup years, but thats just a fucking piss take.
