Israel - A Rant

In a shocking event, the Israeli Prime Minister's guard has requested to search the Chief of Staff's belongings for a recording device upon his entry into the war council.

Responding to this, Avigdor Lieberman, the Leader of the "Israel Our Home" party, strongly condemns the search, stating that it is a humiliation for all Israeli army soldiers.

Lieberman further emphasizes that allowing the megalomaniac Netanyahu to lead the war must be avoided at all costs, highlighting a deepening crisis on the internal front of the Israeli government.

It fucking infuriates me that any criticism of Israel (The IDF) is met with scorn and an assumption of anti-semitism. Like it's a forcefield for any criticism of wrong-doing. An actual genocide is taking place and the worlds too scared to get off it's arse and stop it.

There are really only two groups doing this. People who want to insulate Israel from criticism about committing genocide, people who know the vast majority of the criticism has nothing to do with race or religion. The other group, obviously, is people whose favourite colour is ham.

Two experts weigh in on the topic of human rights.

Russia and Saudi Arabia "expressed their deep concern about the humanitarian catastrophe in Gaza," and called for the establishment of a Palestinian state on 1967 borders, reported the Saudi state news agency SPA.

Russian President Vladimir Putin was in Saudi Arabia on Wednesday for a short one-day visit which included the United Arab Emirates. The joint communique was released on Thursday.

The Saudi crown prince, Mohammed bin Salman, and President Putin “stressed the need to stop military operations in the Palestinian territories, and the need to protect civilians in accordance with international law and international humanitarian law,” a joint statement read.

Not a lot Starmer could do there tbh. The fella could've been a nutter. He had a very warm welcome at Glasgow train station. I think this can be classed as a hero's response up there. Like a  comedian playing the Glasgow empire on a Friday night.
